43 RepliesI don't know where you got this number, but this is not the phone number for Bungie. Searching the number, it looks like it's a number for customer service for Dell, which of course is not related to Bungie, Activision, or Destiny. There is no customer service number for Bungie -- all customer service takes place here in these forums. Even if you do find the number for Bungie, it's just a prerecorded message that directs you back here for customer support issues. Sorry guys.

I just logged on and I'm getting this message saying requirements not met claiming I don't have xbox live. Just to be safe, not 5 min ago, I renewed my live service for another year but I still can't play non story related missions. I have a good wired connection and I've reset my Xbox. Really need some help here.

4 RepliesSo the only time a moderator replies is when someone tries to find personal information to contact Bungie? Someone needs to start a class action lawsuit against them as this many issues is silly. I bought a game i cannot play. Ill call Trading Standards on Monday morning to see if they can get involved for some form of compensation. This is now beyond a joke and its a shame until something drastic happens, bungie wont react. Well i suggest many others suffering from these issues call on Monday morning. This is false advertising. We paid money for a game to play not sit at the title screen.
