Issue with perk "Return to Sender"
Hello Bungie,
I was wondering if the perk "Return to Sender" on my rank 5 weapon from the Iron Banner (Gheleon's Demise) is bugged. The perk says "Kills to this weapon grant bonus ammo, directy to the magazine". I noticed it's added to my extra ammo, so not into my magazine. It only gets added to my magazine when my ammo is full.
Please let me know something if this is intended or should be fixed. Thanks already.

Bungie's reply is "it's based on percentage" after i posted about this, i the used my Timures Lash for 4 hours and it only returned ammo 4 or 5 times in that time. I the asked what was the percentage, but no reply.
