Bungies copy paste reply for errors

here's what the bungie dev replies with ALL THE TIME for every error, kinda makes you feel like they dont care at all when its the same freaking reply that doesnt really help at all >___> [b]Thank you for responding I am sorry you have been encountering issues with connecting to the game. If you are experiencing errors after directly connecting, we have a networking guide to help you stay connected: http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11930 and our help.bungie.net has a search bar where you can look up error codes and troubleshoot any issues you are encountering.[/b] whether its BNGHELP0 - 99999 (who knows how many helpers they have) they always give the same reply. everything is just copy paste, and it doesnt really help when all they do is direct you to another thread that tells you what to do with your networking and expect all of us to know networking solutions etc etc, for a whole week now all i have been getting are BABOON errors, got kicked from a raid 5 time last night and after so many retries i finally managed to get in and stay long enough to finish the raid, then afterwards cant even head to the tower >___> bungie tells us they wil fix it and yet nothings been done. getting real tired of this Bungie
