If I beat the vault of glass normal this week, if I went back and did it again on normal, would I still get rewards from bosses
IfI already beat the raid, if I went back and did it again, would I get any loot from defeating bosses?

Once per week, per character, per difficulty! If you wanted to get more loot in the same week on the same character, you'd have to play it on Hard difficulty. Additionally, if you play it for the first time a week on Hard mode, you will get "double" loot drops for Normal + Hard mode. Cheers!
