Return to sender perk states: "Kills with this weapon grant bonus ammo, directly to the magazine". Imagine my excitement when i received this perk from an IB reforge. Unfortunately there should be the words "has a chance to" prior to the item description. It seems it only returns ammo on a kill 25% of the time. Devs should address this miscommunication unless the perk is not performing up to its intended functionality in which case a correction in future patch may be required. its too late for me to reforge at this point as it really is only and extra round or 2 added to the magazine even when one shotting dregs.
