Why isn't the Iron Banner a permanent game mode? There are not many crucible modes as it is. Plus, you could still have the rep reset every week and add leaderboards. In addition to that, you could make max level entirely obtainable through the Iron Banner. Just have a random piece of armor selected to sell per week, similar to how Xur works.
