Who Uses Faction Gear
Just wondering because I think they are pointless when you get better hear from the raid and you can get legendary gear from the vanguard faster. I only wore there cloak/bond/mark just for a weapons but I find better weapons from the nightfalls lol and end up breaking down the faction weapons. What about you guys.

I haven't ranked up any factions cause the items all look bad

My helm, boots, and greaves all came from a faction I haven't had better drops so I continue to wear it plus when I take a shader off my armor is black and white.

I'm planning for a blade dancer with full new monarchy for pvp (don't hate the player hate the game) and its gonna be good like my titan in FWC gear works better in crucible than raid gear

I think the raid gear for hunters look really crap so i usually stay at lvl 29 and equip raid gear when handing in bounties. I have arms and boots. Collecting raid gear to use for next raid but i dont want to wear it all the time.

I wore FWC gear initially, but eventually replaced it with raid helm/gloves and IB grieves. I have the raid chest, but prefer my voidfang, so yeah, the faction gear can be a nice starting out point, but does get replaced pretty quickly.

4 RepliesI don't see the point of ranking up another faction. I've already got my legendaries from Vanguard, and I don't see much difference between what I've got, and the faction offerings.

I'd like the faction stuff better if it was more noticeably from that faction. Like the new monarchy stuff looks just like the FWC stuff looks just like the DO stuff. (That and raid and IB stuff has more light)
