I can see a problem with this, because just like IB, a large amount of people will roll constantly for "perfect rolls". -Every shotgun will be full auto with crowd control or lucky bullets for more damage with perfect balance or range increase -Every sniper will be max range, stability, or both, likely have firefly so enemies explode on death -Nearly instant reload and highest range on all fusion rifles -All LMGs will have range+stability high as a kite with crowd control -Handcannons rolled with flared magwell for reload, luck in the chamber for one massive damage shot, and the perk that grants multiple other random bullets in the mag doing extra damage. -Imagine max velocity rockets that track targets like Truth and detonate into smaller missles like Gjallarhorn I dunno man....it could be something that could be a nice addition, or it could be the worst thing to happen to this game.
