Ok, first question...
Now does every weapom type have a base damage in Crucible?
What I mean is: Every AR, regardless, does same damage?
Say, a Hushwind does 30, Grimm 30, Suros 30 etc...
Same for other weapons, every type has a base damage. No difference on rarity or what the dmg says?
I thought this was the case and based my ideas on picking weapondry (in basic Crucible) on other factors like Rate of Fire, Range, etc..
While also factoring in the guns "perks"
But I feel like I was wrong..or I'm looking at it wrong.
I got a Hex which has a massive RoF and it seems to do almost no damage, even compared to other high RoF guns with lower number value damage (like a Hushwind) 66 in the clip and it seems to take 65 to kill a player. I thought it could be impact but have been told that just means how the gun "stuns" as the bullets land.
.......................................................
On the topic of skills, meaning..
Armor
Recovery
Agility
Every player is even in the Armor catagory while only Recovery and Agility effect the player right?
And in Iron Banner this is true also? Armor has zero effect and instead a player should look at Defense and Light while also again focusing on Agilty/Recovery?
Just wondering these things and can never quite get a straight answer.

Edited by Donates: 11/24/2014 11:56:21 PMIn normal crucible the only stat that change your dmg is impact. The higher your impact, the higher your damage. Armor is a wasted stat in pvp. A full armor skilled titan has round about 20 hit points more then a hunter without any armor skilled. Check out Dattodoesdestiny on YouTube. He made some vids that explain the stats and the damage. :)

Ye all weapons dmg base line is the same, perks such as luck in the chamber etc do work. Everyone health is the same. The armor u wear on affects the perks and int/str etc The armor perk I'm not sure about, as sometimes I'll melee for shield + health, sometimes not even shield. I think this is where the armor perk comes into it
