Light level 32, enticing new gear to shell out cash and countless hours of your life for. But without a counter balance / way to reach 32 without paying more $$ that doesnt make buying the game and reaching level 30 and having 300 damage weapons worthless against those able to shell out more cash to reach higher tiers (lets just call levels tiers, 20 was a big step and then you +1) first dlc will allow for +2 more, what about the next? Another +2, and the next?
So you have to buy the game twice just to keep up against other players now, because +4 is a lot.. Certainly incentivizes buying the dlc not just for whatever story they pump out. Crucible will become a place for the pay to players, I dont like the future if having to buy the game twice a year is required and not part of the expansive world we were told it was going to be when sold to begin with.
Lets be honest fellow guardians, if we were in this game for the story we were done in 6 hours if youre slow. With rng luckers able to hit 30 in a week or so Ive heard.. they become crucible beasts.
What story is there really, vog? Cheese spots? This dlc will reveal to all in the end, its going to be the next level of grind whores hitting 32 to troll people in crucible, its the world of fps and teabagging, how cant this equate to more money for gear?
Youre taxing the players to keep up, but this isnt a true mmo. Its a dressed up halo with worse matchmaking and a free to roam world in which you have to turn back when exploring.. or die.
Theres going to be a bungie tea party and its going to get bloody.
