Why is IB 30 so terrible?

My warlock wears IB gauntlets, not cause I haven't got the raid ones but because when your secondary is pocket infinity you don't really need extra reload speed. Just don't understand all the hate, I'd say it's just trolls but it seems a bit widespread for that.

  • I think people gain a feeling of superiority that they do not usually experience(in the real world) when they are dropped level 30 gear in the raid. They then are poisoned by this experience, and they begin to think of their good fortune as something more. When others approach their light level in a different way they become defensive, but it is all just misguided pride in something that really wasn't that much of an accomplishment in the first place. Games are meant to be fun, having level 30 gear more readily available is more fun, so I would never have a problem with additional means to get to this level.

  • I have all raid gear but IB gear takes way more effort, wear it with pride, Guardian

Don't worry, next week there will be another reason for the forums to be drowned in a salty river of guardian tears. Maybe next week Xur will sell praxic, no back up plans and Gjallahorn. Oh we can hope...
