I don't have tdyk but I have the others. Timurs lash is a very good handcannon that works great for both pve and pvp. Last word is extremely good in pvp if you know how to use it but it is not optimal for pve. I'd say go with the lash if you have perks on it that matches your playstyle or if you can reforge it til you do or if you want the option to use other exotics. Although the last word is hell of a fun gun.
