Bungie about trading..
Add it. Read the common idea for trading to work and make it so. Its getting ridiculous that i got a hard light my friend wants and he has a thunderlord i need. Another friend that wants my dire skull for his praxic fire and my multi tool for his red death..
Please bungie i can get rid of my dragon age game and just focus on this only if youll be open to atleast make a beta for trading.. Try it out in the game and see how the trading goes! And like the game beta and the voice beta.. Make changes to better suit your vision! Just give us what we nee for once!

Update: A clan vault would be an amazing idea to formulate a trading system! Or perhaps somewhere in the tower someone takes the two items being traded. Wipe away the upgrades to avoid a blue being given for a maxed out mythoclast and limit the trading to once a day.
Any thoughts on this guys? Would get rid of the selling feature

Meaning exotic for exotic, legendary for legendary... It works and doesn't brake the game in anyway shape or form. You all make it seem way to complicated... If you can find a flaw in my idea I'd be happy to hear it

I spend enough time on this game... Sounds like a great way to start a little side business. I'd sell raid gear and stuff for a few bucks a piece. I like this idea.

Only trade for level equivalent gear, like purple for purple etc.

As for armor 15 coins or exotic armor ||| And after agreeing on witch item you want you need to buy an exchange permission from the Speaker for 5 motes of light after that you go to the post master and place your exchange it will cost you 5000 glimmers and wait for 24 hours before the exchange is complete. This will limit the trading and create an economic value for your stuff. EDIT:- it should only be available for your friends.

Trading would lead to no skill players getting weapons they don't deserve. Also with every game that has trading come with duplication, which ruins EVERYTHING! You must have bad rng, get gud brush.

Trading is a great concept but like most others yes it sux that gold farmers will take there part so why not make a vendor to trade through that makes it so you must have a specific token to trade to a friend and that token can only be given via a more of light / strange con purchase through the game vendors in small talk make it not worth the time to gold farmers to put in the work to seek via PayPal I know as a dedicated gamer I would do a 5-10 hour grind to do this and the plus is it add more reason to play the game "just an idea don't like it don't slam it unless you have a better one"

4 RepliesI do think we need a trading system in the game, and I think we can also easily prevent any "gold farmers" or trade for money situations by enforcing a few simple requirements on such a system: 1. Both players engaging in the trading activity must be at least Level 26 when initiating a Trade. 2. Players involved in a Trade must be Friends or in the same Clan for a period of at least 10 - 14 days before they are allowed to trade. 3. In order to trade Raid items, both players must have completed the raid in question on Normal, or on Hard for raid exotics / helmet. Other than that, we don't need to enforce any restrictions, I'm pretty sure everyone would be fine with something like this in the long run. And to you complainers, you have nothing to complain about because trading does not affect you unless you actively participate in it as well. Alternatively, we could add a "Clan Vault" system where the clan admins can set who is allowed to take weapons that don't belong to them from the vault. The end goal is the same, we should be allowed to actively trade with one another, it helps people who are being negatively impacted by RNG.

The only limits on the trading system should be: Raid armor, and event items should not be tradeable Either weapons that you want to trade shouldnt be equipped, and if they are they will be bound to you, or you arent allowed to sell anything upgraded That is all that needs to happen, no limit on how many times you cam trade, no limit on what grade you trade, no limits like that. It isnt necessary.

1 ReplyTrading is an EXCELLENT idea....However.....it would ruin the randomness of the system which would then break the game. If you're like me...I've been insanely lucky with exotic bounties....and with most things but I've missed a couple good things. I am missing exotics and wish I could get them. I'm on Raid Teams with people that get what I'd like to get and I get nothing. Trading would solve this...but it would also remove the insanity of RNG which would then make the game far too easy. They (Bungie) won't allow it. I think it's a great idea...but I can also see why it will never happen.

They should at least allow legendaries be traded for legendaries and exotics for exotics.
