Well each faction has a different focus on stats If you look through they're gear you can see a focus in either: intellect + discipline, intellect + strength, Discipline + strength

Depends on what you want. I've leveled multiples to level 3. Working passed 3 on dead orbit now.

New monarchy has the best guns, I like dead orbit for the black and white armour

All three of mine are of equal rank.
