Spam should be an Option for Reporting Posts
It's extremely annoying when people spam text pictures or a ton of text saying "Bump" in response to comments; it disrupts meaningful discussion on the forum, clutters the page, and makes things difficult to navigate. With the new voting arrows, there is no reason to Bump posts anymore. Posts that add no content to the topic and are disruptive should be reported as Spam.

Spam use to be in the pull down report menu, and it was removed by design. Furthermore, why should it be against the [url=http://www.bungie.net/en/View/bungie/conduct]CoC?[/url] If you are finding posts that you simply don't like, or there are users you see consistently make these posts, I would recommend using your "report as personal reason" or "mute" to hide the user from your view. It works wonders. You can even hide entire threads that you don't want to see.
