Iron Banner irritation

So her are my irritations with IB: 1. I am tagged in the back by a 26 and it was a couple hits and I'm down. So I went to see what he was using, it's a blue assault rifle. Curious to know how that works. 2. On Exodus Blue, if you're on B looking down the hallway, there are some boxes to the right, apparently you can exploit to where you jump above the boxes, get stuck in the wall, and you can shoot out but not be shot. I had a hunter floating there for half the match. 3. My biggest issue is lag, and compensating for lag. I have a video of myself shooting a hunter five times in the head and there was zero damage registered. I have shot multiple players that continue to run and shoot after their life is gone, only to die and register as a kill after they have killed me and I have re-spawned or they die and the kill won't register for, what seems like a full min. When I run solo I usually average 20 kills, but in a fireteam with bad connection I get around 12. In a fireteam with bad connections I register as having very, very, poor connection, but I run speed tests and I have 34 download. My teammates that have connection issues tell me they don't take damage, and in one case (running with a friends friends) they purposely muffled thier connection to exploit the damage not registering. Not to mention players skipping around the field not taking damage. I would like to know how the connectivity balances when in a fireteam with bad connections, or playing against a team with bad connections. I love playing with my clan, but my K/D sucks when i play PvP with them and they have bad connections, which led me to not play at all, until IB came around, now I'm irritated all over again.

Even when you are not lagging, this is one of those cheap programming errors that gives advantages to the lagger, ROFL. I've stopped getting mad at this, but damn it's annoying when it happens. It's shameful!! From a programming perspective that such a bug exists in a AAA programming echelon of a game and the guys who probably once worked on HALO multiplayer are unaware of this and have not fixed this. This is a network race condition.
