Ideal members will have 3 characters and an interest in running PvE content with a consistent group each week. Raid schedules will be determined based on group preference, but preferably early evening relative to EST. The aim is to eliminate the hassle of finding groups for raid content. Criteria are as follows: Come to raid with maxed gear and synths Be open to criticism Be 18+ Stop spending hours raiding only to end up leaving with it incomplete due to some blabbermouth 13 year old with an unleveled Hard Light.
