So don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but the dead ghost past the endless steps on Venus, in the area where you fight the Gatelord, spawns every time you load the area. At the very least it spawns every time you re-load Venus. It unlocks the card and disappears the first time, then every time you go back it's there to pick up, however when you pick it up every time after this, it goes towards your dead ghost count and doesn't say card unlocked. This is the reason my dead ghost count is 63, however if I wanted to keep picking it up I could get it to 100 if I wanted to, I just don't want to screw up my dead ghost count too much. I believe this could explain the wierd over 62 numbers people have, as every time I have gone back to that area, it's been available to pick up even though I already collected it. Just thought you guys might wanna know. Any word on when the other glitched cards might be fixed, good work on fixing the 2 glitched ghosts btw =)
