My EV-30 tumbler sparrow doesn't appear at the tower
When I am away from the main area of the tower (i.e the hangar area and the Speaker's observatory), I get a green waypoint which I assume leads me to the postmaster to pick up the sparrow, but when I go to the main area, the waypoint disappears and the postmaster does not have anything for me.
I don't know if it's because I just got the expansion pass today, but it's annoying that I can't get this sparrow, and I have this green waypoint that I can't take away. What am I supposed to do? I'm on PS3 btw, thanks.

Yeah I don't have any of the preorder stuff that is promised and I know for a fact I downloaded the dlc. It is pretty disappointing I can't even figure how to do a work ticket for it.
