Hi guys, I've completed the raid 3 times but haven't gotten a single piece of raid armor... Is this normal? Also, is it true that the raid helmet can only come from doing it on hard? Thanks

1 ReplyHi fiestypanda98, Rewards from the Vault of Glass are random and not guaranteed (with the exception of ascendant materials as a minimum reward). What you're experiencing is entirely possible, but with any luck, you'll receive gear in no time! As for your your second question, raid helmets are only awarded on heroic difficulty.
