Being rewarded for hard work isnt what bungie had intended.
So, I've played everyday and every chance I get when I'm not in school or at work. I've never really farmed any of these bad kid areas or exploits such as the Queens armor or pushing atheon off the edge. I have been trying hard to complete a set of raid gear or even gear to hit lvl 30. Which seems really impossible. I know it isn't but I always get screwed over with the drops like I have always been with the rewards in this game. I've gotten 1 helm and 3, yes 3, pairs of arms for the hunter. I've seen people with very minimum play time in the raid have all but the helm from beating it on normal. While all I get are shards, energy, chatter white many times and repeat guns. I now have 2 character that are 29 with 2 pieces of raid gear each on top of 1 exotic each. I beat the raid on both normal and hard on both characters. This week I beat the raid on just hard. There is no use to beat it on both if I am not getting rewarded properly. It just makes me sick after playing games like Finial Fantasy XI online for 8 yrs on top of other RPGs and MMOs. This is getting out of hand, watching people get the gear they need for characters they just started playing or even they just started playing the game it's self. I've since day one and I can not take this any longer Bungie. This is stupid and very annoying that I can not hit lvl 30 before the DLC release. Am I suppose to keep playing the old raid in hopes of getting what I need finally while everyone else is off playing the new content? I mean FFS get something right for once. Stop correcting all this stupid shit and focus on something that's true, not loop holes or exploits you didn't think of would happen to start with.
