I recently got rewarded the heavy machine gun "Jolder's Hammer" from the iron banner. One of its perks is counter balance which is meant to increase stability, but once i unlocked it there was no change what so ever and I don't just mean I cant feel or see a difference when using it but the stat didn't increase at all. Is this a bug or just a really crappy perk?
