Bungie: 80/20 rule?

Look, the verdict is in. The game averages 3 out of 5 and 6-7 out of 10 on the ratings. That's piss poor. Do you think you can continue on a future where 80% of your sales comes from 20% of your customers, well if you were selling toothpaste it might work. Bungie only tries to cultivate a "core" fanbase that trolls and insults anyone who doesn't like the game mechanics and the game mechanics shun "casual play." They call us "lazy" for not wanting unreasonable grinds or "entitled" when we'd like to actually be able to choose which guns we strive towards. Can they carry you through future development and sales? Will major companies take a future risk on backing your games like that? GameStop isn't enjoying the volume of returns. Pre-orders for destiny 2 are going to be way down because consumers lost trust already. I'm forecasting a return to niche market sales like the good ol days of desert storm where you guys can glue boxes together in your moms basement. Activision shares went down because of the risk they took on your company. Good luck on world domination.
