Is the option to reforge weapons exclusive to ones purchased in Iron Banner?
So I had heard that there was an option along with the Iron Banner event that would allow you to reforge your weapons and re-roll the perks it had. Is it exclusive only to the guns purchased from Lord Saladin? I hope not because I have 2 legendaries with less than ideal perks that I would LOVE to re-roll. Anyone know?
