Anyone else getting stuck in orbit? I have to wait a good 4 or 5 minutes before being able to go anywhere. Launch button in red with "Waiting for party stabilisation" displaying on left side of screen the whole time. I'm on Xbox One. Edit: Getting repeated vulture and other codes too, added to hashtags.
