Disconnect FREQUENTLY - XBOX 360 user

I have gotten to the point where the game disconnects me to where it's almost unplayable. I am on 360 and get hawk and catipillar errors every few minutes - especially during patrols and at times while heading to or while inside Tower. It usually disconnects me out of xbox live completely! I have tried all the network configurations and Port / NAT solutions that are recommended on xbox and elsewhere. It doesn't seem to matter. If it continues, I will desist playing the game for good as this issue does not occur when I've streamed media or played other online games. Please advise or lose an otherwise loyal customer. • Same issue here, I've also noticed it occurs more frequently at different times of day. The game rarely disconnects in the morning up until around noon, then becomes unplayable and starts working again later at night. My timezone is MST and am also on the 360.

    • I had the same problem when my 360 was on wifi but I plugged it direct to the modem and now it's fine. Try restoring your network settings on your 360 to default.

    • Dragon.. I had the same experience. It was terrible. I would make it through a strike and go to the tower and drop. Switch from Earth to Moon and drop. Run patrol on any planet, complete 1 mission and drop. At the end I could not do the daily with out dropping. I could never finish. I attempted to make the changes on the TW issued Ubee all in one cable modem router. Still was a nogo. I called TW support to have a Network analyst make the changes. They could not provide the support for this. I finally broke down and purchased my own cable modem and router. I purchased a motorola sb6141 $88.24 and an Asus AC-1200 $110. I again walked through the NAT changes made by bugie... Man it is now night and day. I had one initial drop "coconut" error and that has been all. I was as frustrated as you are. I disagree with Bungie's statement of "its your network" explanation as I can play every other game without issue. Just wanted you to know that there are other people out there that have had the exact same experience and what I had to do to resolve it.
