This bug isn't gamebreaking, and it doesn't really affect the game in any way at all, it's just REALLY annoying.
What happens is the arrow that allows you to switch between the armor/weapons screen and the ghost/sparrow/ship/emblem/shader screen continues to display the "new item shine" after all new items have been passed over with the cursor and there are no items left displaying the "new item shine". The arrow will stop displaying the "new item shine" only after exiting Destiny and having to go through the "Press A to Play" main screen and choosing your character again. While this might not seem like a big deal, and quite frankly it isn't a big deal, it is just really annoying and distracting to have the arrow constantly looping the "new item shine" animation every single time you have to switch out a weapon or switch armor or whatever you are doing in the character menu with no way to make the arrow stop the animation.
If any of you have experienced this annoying bug, please comment on this thread so DeeJ or some Bungie Dev will see it and hopefully get it fixed. I realize it's really an insignificant glitch but I'm not sure how much more of that -blam!-ing arrow shining constantly every single damn time I open the character menu. It's driving me crazy lol
I don't even know why it bugs me so much, it just does. xD
Information for Bungie that might help somehow:
I play Destiny on Xbox One
I don't see why this would be relevant to this glitch, but I have a wired ethernet connection and an Open NAT Type. No errors of any kind happen when this occurs, but I wouldn't expect this to cause any errors or be caused by any errors. Video proof can be obtained and given if needed, although I didn't have the mind to record it before making this thread.
EDIT:
One thing I forgot to mention is that this does not occur every time I get a new item. This will happen maybe once out of every 10 times I open the character menu and there is a new item.

The thing that annoys me to no end is the "available upgrade" on something that you take out of the vault.
