Forge mode looks Phenomenal in The Master Chief Collection !!!
Note: Not my video but really cool.
I'm still dumbstruck as to why something as ingenious as Forge would be discontinued by it's own inventors, Bungie. Forge and Custom Crucible should be in Destiny for at least longevity alone, but anyways...
I just watched some MCC Forge in action on youtube and was blown away by the new possibilities. All I saw was Halo 2's Forge, but some of the features I saw included: Many large blocks the size of whole maps as well as huge terrain pieces with hills, lots and lots of trees (I can make an effing forest!), interactive pieces like door switches that open doors, and huge maps to build in that start you off in nothing but a huge skybox, in which one of these skyboxes has you in the sky above Halo while the Halo ring is rotating under your feet (you can use this map to build a space station that appears to be moving!) The possibilities are endless.
Tomorrow will be the first time I've been pulled away from my PS4 since Destiny's release. If only Destiny had Forge mode I wouldn't be so excited to dust off my One controller to play an Xbox game.
Who else will be swimming in Heaven tomorrow?
