Top players in crucible matches are super laggy
So the past few games I have seen a few people who are so laggy that they just teleport all over the place and the kill people with a shotgun or melee them. This wouldn't be an issue with me if they didn't have the most kills, but I have constantly seen them with 30+ kills. Just wondering if these are a few rare cases or is this happening to everyone?

I hardly see it lag. If I die normally it because i got shot first.
