Would it be possible to be able to ditch and accept bounties through the companion app? I understand having the social experience in the tower is part of game design, but I think you should still have to turn them in at the tower. It would help streamline the experience and allow people to feel like they are "coming in from the cold" when back at the tower. I can only imagine it being more useful once the next five bounty slots become available!
