The Gunsmith, Banshee-44 needs a promotion (Add Custom Perks)

Greetings, I want to offer some suggestions to give Banshee-44 more work to do. I feel he's got an easy job and now he's getting lazy and doesn't have much to offer to level 20+ Guardians. Here's an idea, don't know if this has been brought to Bungie's attention. Custom Perks - Ability to customize your own perks for your favorite weapon. Banshee-44, the "Gunsmith" should enable us to take our weapon to his shop and customize the perks we really want for our weapons. I understand, there must be an exchange or type of transaction to allow this to work. One can not simply walk up to Banshee-44 and ask for a perk. Here's the solution. Perks Bounty - By completing a weapon related bounty. Something similar to the weapons bounty, but has only 1 set of action to complete. For example: Someone who wants this perk, "Outlaw: Extremely fast reload after precision kill" Bounty: Guardian must complete a bounty of killing 100 enemies with precious kills using only a Pulse Rifle. After that task is complete, the perk is unlocked and available for upgrade to your favorite weapon. Another perk example; "Grenades and Horseshoes (Rockets only): Rockets detonate when they come within two meters of a target" Bounty: Guardian must kill 2 or more enemies with a single rocket 20 times. This will unlock the new perk for your Rocket Launcher. One more example for fun: Perks: Final Round - 33% bonus damage on last shot in magazine. Bounty: Guardian must kill enemies with the final round 50 times. How it will work: Guardians bring weapon to Banshee-44, lets say a Fusion Rifle. Banshee-44 examines the Fusion Rifle and returns it to you with 5 perks bounty that is suitable for that weapon. You now have to take the Fusion Rifle and complete those task, with prior perks removed. Meaning you'll have to start fresh again with the weapon as if it was new with no perks attached (except for power). Once the bounties are completed, Banshee-44 can reward you with the new perks for your weapon. And because you've gone through so much with that weapon, you might want to think twice before dismantling it in the future. :) I believe this is fun, rewarding, beneficial and has tons of replay value. What are you thoughts friendly Guardians? What are your thoughts DeeJ and Bungie team?
