To my fellow guardians on the Playstation

I would like to clarify some things to those on the Playstation who say our complaints are unfounded about these exclusives. What y'all fail to understand is that we (I speak for myself and several others I know personally, I can't speak for the whole of the xbox community) are not upset about the fact that there are exclusives, it's the way it is being done. For one, I often see a comparison to the Call of Duty map packs that came out early on the xbox. I don't personally play COD so these forums are the first I've heard of them, but I'm fairly certain they weren't delayed a full year from the Playstation networks. (Being COD there would probably have already been a new game out after that much time anyways.) I would also like to point out that these were multiplayer map packs, and idk if y'all have noticed but you do have exclusives maps, and none of us care. Secondly, this isn't a problem we're having with exclusives, this is about the way it's being done and the content that is being withheld. It isn't "the dark below comes out on x date for ps and x date for xbox, which would be fine. This is "you're both buying this game and this dlc at this date but there are pieces specifically cut from the game so that we can let them play it before you."
I would like to reference the strike that was withheld at release from us, me and my friend were playing the game and we noticed the arc of story about a warmind named rasputin that seemed to abruptly lead to nowhere, and we wondered when they would finish that arc. Then we come to find out that they already finished that story, but because we were on the xbox, we couldn't play it.
The problem here is that strikes are the culminating point in particular arcs of story, most players seem to miss this, and they intend to address this issue in the dark below with their new quest system. But the point I'm trying to make is on the xbox we follow these stories to their end and then, nothing, for the next year. Third and lastly, this is setting a dangerous precedent for gaming, where a developer can sell away a gamers right to play the completed product they paid for. That is the problem here friends. Not "I'm butthurt cause they have more than me." But that this and apparently future strikes, have been specifically cut from the game in order to leave xbox players with an incomplete experience.
