I've been playing the game pretty much non stop since release day, and I haven't found a PR I really like. The stranger's rifle is really cool, but just doesn't keep up like it used to when compared to most of my other gear. I tried the Super Pox and hated it. It has good stopping power, but the time between firings felt too slow. It also felt like I had to reload it every few seconds. All in all it just didn't put enough rounds on target in a short enough amount of time. Same story with Red Death. Also, the lack of stability just made things worse. I have all factions at three or higher, save for crucible vendors, and I'm busting my ass to get the rep to hit third tier. It'll probably happen sometime this weekend, possibly next week. I'm considering either Bad Seed Down or Strange Suspect, but I'd appreciate any input from anybody out there using pulse rifles. What I really want is something I can take into PVP and do well with. Gotta have a deep mag, decent stability. High cycle rate is a must. Impact is important, but not a deal breaker.
