Arc Blade Hardly Generate enough orbs on PvE.
I've been testing out how many orbs the hunter's arc blade generates when killing enemies.
On one occasion I killed 15 tightly spaced vex within the time of my super and only generated three orbs.
On another occasion I killed a Minotaur and four other vex and didn't generate one.

I have also noticed this as well.
