Who do we contact about getting a refund for a season pass?

http://kotaku.com/destinys-new-dlc-kinda-screws-over-xbox-players-1652294153 http://i.imgur.com/MYnVBkx.jpg In the description on the XBL marketplace (shown above in the imgur link), it makes no mention of the fact that a portion of the content we're paying for (for the same price mind you) being cut from the game. "Pricing and release dates may vary by platform" isn't a valid excuse for cutting content without clearly informing the customers before they make a purchase. The fact that we will get it a year later doesn't make it ok, most people won't even be playing this game a year after release. If you and a friend go into a store and both buy 4 apples for the same price, would you be ok if the clerk only gave you 3 of those apples and told you that you had to come back in 12 months to get that fourth apple because you have a green shirt on and your friend was wearing a blue one. Mind you that there is no sign in the fruit section saying anything about this deal involving exclusivity based on the color of your shirt? 12 months from now, you might not even be hungry for apples anymore. And 12 months from now, i'm probably not going to care about Destiny anymore. If the description on the xbox live marketplace clearly stated that there was exclusive content that was going to be cut for Xbox owners for 12 months, i would be perfectly fine with it because at least then i would have been informed before making a purchase and then I would have no legitimate reason to complain. We knew the base game had exclusive content, so there's no basis for us to complain about that but there was never anything clearly stated about the DLC being gutted on the XBox version. We shouldn't have to search for articles on the internet and dig through posts on twitter just to make sure were not getting ripped off before making a purchase. This information should be in the description for the DLC or season pass. The money isn't really a big deal to me, it's the principle of the fact that we're getting blindsided by this. I have no qualms with Sony or it's userbase because it was a smart move to buy the rights to the exclusive content. My issue lies mainly with Activision for making these sleazy deals behind our backs. Anti-consumerism in the name of making a quick buck is never ok, and it's a shame that a once great developer is getting caught in the crossfire. We all need to speak with our wallets. This is a blatant scam, and we need to show Activision that we're not ok with paying the same price for less content especially without being informed before making a purchase.
