EVERY TIME THERE IS A "HOTFIX" I GET A NEW SET OF PROBLEMS! everyone with these problems post it here. Enough is enough!
I have had enough! I have had errors before and had to open ports, reconfigure everything and had time warner out 3 times and I finally only had problems every once in a while. However, after the last "HOTFIX" I haven't been able to stay online any longer than 10 minutes. On top of that, it constantly kicks me out of the ps4 chat right before it kicks me out of the game. This never happens with any other game I've played on my PS4. First it was centipede, elk, baboon and many others. Now, it's baboon every time. I'm tired of reading that you're working on the problem, FIX IT! Stop NERFING guns and fix you're internet problems! I've owned my own business for 13 years, if I treated my customers like this I would have been closed down years ago. Treat your customers with respect!

Yeah every time they throw out I patch I have the same issues. I was fine the before they ever patched. Now I keep getting Baboon errors which I have read to be due to cell phone tethering? I am on a 100 mbps dl/ul dedicated fiber optic line. This is getting annoying

16 RepliesHey Gamr4777, I'm really sorry about the repeated errors you are seeing. The BABOON error can occur when players are using an internet connection that is not wired or suffers from packet-loss. We recommend making sure you have the best possible connection and, if possible running the test found here: http://www.bungie.net/7_I-am-having-connection-problems-when-playing-Desti/en/Help/Article/12147 If you have followed the steps there and are still seeing error messages, please know we are absolutely working on monitoring and improving everyone's Destiny experience.

I bought the game the day 20/9 and have no connection issues since the HOTFIX 25/9... since this fix i can't stay online more than 5 minutes without disconnection CATERPILLAR. I tried every troubleshooting option but nothing worked. Connection is OK and other online games works fine (e.g Driveclub, WatchDogs, KillZone).... so please.. FIX IT!!!!

2 RepliesYup, same shit. this is not on the players side, it is on bungies. The other night I was able to play for a full night, absolutely not problems,, day before that, couldn't stay connected for 5 minutes, the day after playing, couldn't even stay in tower for 1 minute. Destiny is a worsening cluster-blam!-. It is a sinking ship manned by devs who have shown a willingness to immediately -blam!- over a large section of their playerbaseso they don't have to admit wrong doing or make the effort to fix it. any devs that douchey, are NOT going to give you a game that has any kind of a future to stick around for. Be smart, do NOT give them anymore money, go play another game worth playing, and warn others of what's going on here.

5 RepliesThe game worked almost flawlessly for me for the first 5 weeks. After approximately the 16th of October, it has been nearly unplayable due to all the error codes and disconnects I've been getting. And it's only getting worse with each update. After this last update, I was disconnected 11 times in a couple hour period, with an average in-world play time of 11 minutes. 8 of those were DCs from xbox live, but most commonly otherwise I get the CATERPILLAR error.

My internet is Adsl My internet goes from wall into a router too a cable that goes into my room... No mobile or wireless connection, it's stable and works fine i have configured it with good results.. the problem is clearly a connection to bungies servers rather then my internet connection specially seens more people are having the same problems.. Btw PS4 here... And If I need too get 890mb up and 30 down just too play a game it would be ridiculous... 18mb up and 1.1mb down should be enough for a game ...

3 Replieshonestly bungie can go screw themselves or should I say go screw activision since they are already blowing them day and night. this has gotten out of hand don't release an unfinished game or rather a finished game and then take out a good portion of the content just for the sole purpose of re releasing it to make more money. bunch of god damn scum bag vultures. speaking of vultures fix your servers because these constant disconnects with stupid animal names along with them which continuously get worse after each pointless patch you guys put out are getting beyond aggravating. potentially even life threatening from the sudden rise in blood pressure which I'm sure each and every person is getting everytime they get -blam!-ing disconnected which is on average 7 times per hour. step your god damn game up
