They are literally giving these things away. They can't get rid of them fast enough! Xur sold it a few weeks ago. Then it dropped for me in a Nightfall. That same weekend, Xur sold it for the second time. Today, I was just rewarded with my second one on the Nightfall... I use Hand Cannons and Sniper Rifles and yet I am rewarded with Auto Rifles, Pulse Rifles and Fusion Rifles. I have: 2x Suros Regime 2x 77 Wizard 2x Vision Of Confluence I hardly get anything from RNG. And yet when I do I get something I don't want over and over? Is this happening to anybody else?
