This DLC Will Kill Xbox Fan Base
Title says my arguement. If the DLC launches how its planned by the article, then I will be the first to say. Bungie, you've lost a fan that was with you since the days of Reach ,Halo 3, And Halo Odst. You're showing your original fan base faith by shoving us in the ground. Appalling to say the least.

Whenever a console gets exclusive content it isn't because they are trying to screw the other console owners over. Its because Microsoft/Playstation paid for exclusive content. How do people not get that. Anyone who feels that Bungie is now betraying them or whatever is an idiot.

This dlc will make me (x1 owner) want to play the game on days other than just tuesday haha if anything its bringing the fan base back to life for a few weeks until we beat the raid and then its back to the all the other games.

What difference does it make what Xbox doesn't get, you're a Bungie fan, right? You love the game because of Bungie, not because of what system you play it on, right? Bungie never cared about Xbox then, and they don't care about playstation now. They only released Halo on Xbox because they were signed with Microsoft, and PS4 is getting exclusive content because they signed with Activision who signed a deal with Sony for exclusive content. Learn how the business works and you won't take this stuff so personally. The DLC won't kill the xbox fan base, only the people who think this is some sort of personal attack from Bungie on the "loyal" xbox fans. The people who are more informed and understanding will be fine.

1 ReplyI just don't understand why xbox users will have to wait for a full year. At the point of release the strike they missed will be obsolete. It's level 30, correct? I can only assume the level cap will be far greater by then. There will be no motivation for 80% of the community to play it, the other 20% being new members.

2 RepliesWhy you will get all the content at a later date why does it matter so much that they have it first. They don't need to win you over they won you over years ago on xbox. Now they have to pay the exclusivity piper and fondle Sony for a bit. Chill and maybe they will give you something shiney too.

Maybe because Sony paid them to have content before or more i mean come on dlc for battlefeild and cod take battlefeild for instance one console get dlc a month before the other because they paid tons of cash for it so maybe if Microsoft payed for it they may obtain it i play on xbox and personally couldn't give a care about one strike its nothing to do with who plays what its who pays the most cash
