How to avoid getting matched with a full team of under-performing players in Strikes and the Crucible...

If you consider yourself to be a good crucible/strike player who normally plays solo but is constantly matched with teams that under perform, why not add some people who are close to your skill level? For example, people that know how to read a radar, work well as a unit, chose the right time to revive team-mates (if necessary) and concentrate on taking out the biggest A.I threat instead of just trying to get the most kills during missions. I play on the PS4, my PSN name is Zelotypia, but I had to spell it 'Zeiotypia'. I am from the UK. My main char is a level 26 hunter. Feel free to add me if you are good in the crucible (namely clash and control) and strike/daily heroic/weekly heroic missions. I am yet to play a raid or a weekly nightfall strike, but I would like to. Only send me a 'friend request' with the message 'Bungie forums'; don't just request a party invite, please! If you already have a full team or don't actually plan on teaming up, don't ask me to add you. If you are rude, disrespectful, egotistical, overly sensitive, discriminative or someone that will quit on their team if they have a bad game, I suggest you keep on playing solo. I'm on the PS4, but Xbox One/PS3/Xbox 360 users can post here too.
