Thorn Feedback

My opinion on the Thorn and what I think should be its changes. Damage: The Damage for this weapon is good, and in my opinion does not need to be changed, currently I am hitting 1,200 on low-armored enemies with still 3 upgrades to go. Rate of Fire: The ROF of this weapon is also good; While the weapon is not normally suppose to be fired as-fast as it can, the ability to fire it as is, can be helpful against the Majors or Ultras Magazine: I believe the clip size for this weapon is correct, its large damage output with the "Mark of the Devourer" and the "Final Round" perk makes it more than a formidable weapon. Stability: The stability is manageable though, the "Perfect Balance" perk doesn't seem to effect the weapon nearly enough to replace the extra accuracy perk. Reload Speed: This is something that can be buffed, often when hitting reload it seems time is slowing down due to the slow animation of the Thorns reload. Mark of the Devourer perk: Here is something else I feel also might need a change, I think the damage over time is calculated on the damage caused, which means hitting high-armored targets can cause a dmg per tick of just 13 over 6 ticks - which works out to be just 65, now with the fact that the tick is not reset or increased during each shot, against these high-armored targets, shooting all 6 rounds into them causing damage of around 2000-4000 dmg over the 6 shots, having just 65 damage added on-top of that is almost wasteful. My change here would be having the ticks stack. Guys; state below what you think of the Thorn below, what you'd like to see changed - and please be realistic about those changes.
