joining clan????
I JOINED A GROUP, BUT I SHOW UP AS A MEMBER OF THE GROUP and not the CLAN. HOW DO I JOIN MY CLAN?
I know from searching help that,
" Being a member of the group does not equal being a member of the clan. Players must select PlayStation and/or Xbox as their platform to be part of the clan. The button to select your platform clan is visible at the top of the group’s page. Once you have selected the platform of your choice, you will be added to the clan (depending on approval settings). "
This so called button does not exist on the top of the groups page.
edit: never used the app, only the website
can anyone help?

Make sure you go on to the clan page then click either my xbox clan or my playstation clan
