constant disconnect after 10/28 patch

After not having any connection issues since launch (PS4) now getting disconnected every 5-10 min after 10/27/14 patch (17mg). Crucible, strike, basically anything that takes longer than 5min is unplayable Everyone else having the same issue?

    • It's a ten year project because we get kicked every five minutes. Very disappointed. Stop spending time on other area bungie this is critical.

    • Bro I've given up on destiny, just called Xbox support and got a full refund. I couldn't play more than 3 min because of "Hawk" and "Caterpillar". Wanted to like the game but it had to many issues.

    • I get baboon every 2-5 mins. Has made me almost trade it in several times but my patience is on Godly levels.

    • Non stop issues also. Noah's ark style. The last fix and now this one, except, yesterday ALL my friends on my list were constantly being ejected from games. People from all over the united states at the same time. We were running raid and all six of us were bumped. Over and over and over. I already feel like I'm being punished by this game on a pretty regular basis and now this morning I have been ejected from my daily five attempts, at the end. Bungie, look at my stats, sheesh, look at all of our stats...this is not how you treat customers who are addicted to your game and are being pushed to our collective limits.

    • Seriously disappointed in Bungie, I have not been able to get more than an hour or so of playtime since I purchased this game. constant kicks due to Monkey,Centipede and Hawk, as well as Zebra and Jackrabbit. Not to mention that it occasionally disconnects me from x-box live for no reason, without any error code. I have tried all of your port forwarding recomendations and at one point even disabled my firewall completely to be sure nothing was holding me back. I have a friend who is a networking specialist for a bank verify everything was correctly done. Still doesn't work. It is so bad that at the game store I manage I have stopped trying to sell destiny, and even begun talking people out of it. So that they don't come back upset from the sheer disappointment you are currently providing. some form of recompence should be given to your players. When Rockstar had issues with their servers for GTA-V, 500,000 was given to players to ease their disappointment. You should consider a similar avenue because I see your game getting turned in weekly for trade with the promise of never buying from Bungie again.

    • Couldn't even select and load up my game at first even after a couple system resets. Now that I'm actually in the game I can't complete any activity of any kind on my xb1 without getting monkey and weasel error codes. Switched over and tried on my ps4 and I can't even log in on that version. Way to go Bungie. You release a patch that doesn't do anything to help anyone but just make it 20x worse. So glad you put so much time and effort into fixing you're precious Atheon that you didn't even fix the main issue of people getting booted. Hate to tell you, but if people can't stay connected to your game then how in the hell do you expect people to play, let a alone want to keep or even buy your product in the first place. So much for listening to the consumer which you love to boast about in your little weekly updates. Right before Call of Duty too, what a shame. You're already going to loose a lot of people due to that game, now you'll loose even more. Most of them probably won't come back since you clearly don't listen to the real issues, let a lone fix it in an efficient and timely manner.

      • Currently having the same issue with Destiny [XBone]. I am being booted from the Destiny game with a plethora of errors, so many it almost feels like they are being made up! The issue is so bad that it has rendered Destiny unplayable for me. Overall I feel let down by Bungie, I have paid good money for a game that I have no longer been able to play for around two weeks now, without wondering when I will be booted from the name next. [I have on average a 5mbs download speed, not great but it suffices for all other multiplayer online games]

      • Same problem on Xbox 360 for me. I was doing VOG on hard with some friends, once we got to the Templar I started with the disconnects again. Couldn't stay on for more than 5 minutes without getting booted for live, they got tired of waiting and just replaced me. This is some BS, it's been happening for about 3 weeks already. Now I just get on once a day and as soon as I get disconnected once I'm done for the day, I shouldn't have to struggle to play a game I paid for.

      • You weren't playing the game the way bungivision intended you to play it... They patched this so there is no longer any fun in the game anymore... You simply populate their servers and make them money... THATS the way destiny was ment to be played...

      • Yes. I've got a lvl 29 titan and a lvl 28 warlock and I would love to level them to 30...but I can't because I get booted from vog and pvp 90% of the time. Just got through the first stage of vog and (surprise surprise) booted. Tried reboot. Got re-booted after rejoin. Tried again. Booted. Tried again. Booted. Bee, marionberry, vulture, etc. At least party chat worked perfectly so I could tell the fire team I was sorry...

      • seems like every time they patch something, it makes the game stability worse and worse. they should probably stop the development on stupid stuff like pumpkin heads and fix an actual problem. playing crucible matches 3/4 of the way and getting kicked off with error code crapbucket is starting to lose it's appeal.

      • I have experienced the same problem on an xBox One - prior to the update I had never experienced any service interruptions

      • I was constantly getting kicked after the patch and then decided to try plugging the network cable into my ps4 instead of using wireless and that fixed the issue.

        Wow you gus are lucky i.cant even log into the damn game. I have downloaded the new patch but on the install screen it just sits at 0%...

      • I have more animals popping up on my screen than Noah had on his poxy ark!! It's been shite all along but worse after the so called patch. Giving the game until the weekend and if it's no better it's going in the bin! No amount of stupid pumpkin heads make a difference!

      • Since the update, the servers are so bad that if Destiny were a game of Uno, the cards would randomly just fall or fly out of your hand every 5-10 minutes.
