secret trail in VOG ?
somebody knows the secret trail under the first chest in the vog?
[b]edit[/b] maybe we are explore a 8th chest ( nr 2 ) between the first and the spiritbloom chest
[b]edit2[/b] question : someone told us to [b]not[/b] open the spiritbloom chest because its a trap!? any opinions bout that?

our team opens the spirit bloom chest all the time. this is a joke chest from bungie, or a bug in the chest spawn algorithm. Nothing bad has ever happened. We alway get the loot from the chests(which is always ascendent mats, except for the chest in the gorgons lair that give a clas mark, or i've heard exotics.

4 RepliesWhen you get to the first chest turn right and go to ledge. Walk back wards off the ledge and (yes you will die if you walk off not trolling) you will see an tunnel underneath the platform the platform you walked off of. So when you know where it is you just jump off the platform and try and boost in there. Nothing special there, it's just a different way to the Templar. Watch a YouTube video though pretty easy to do.

1 ReplyI think the OP is talking about the path that is under the platform the very 1st chest is on after entering the vault. There is s youtube video about it. It leads straight to the templar room, no chest was found in the video but the templar was already defeated... more exploring should be done.

If you are referring to the one where you jump off the ledge then jump back into it, no, nobody has discover its significance yet, but many are trying. If you are talking about the one after the templar fight, with the spirit bloom chest, everyone knows about that one, it's where the '5th chest' is located

Sounds like the chest for not letting templar teleport it is to the right through a crack/ hole just before final drop to gorgons lair
