Keep hitting caterpillar

For the past 7 hours or so I've been trying to fix the problem but to no avail. When I'm in the middle of a mission/strike, it kicks me back to the title screen, giving me the error code caterpillar or zebra, or sometimes no message at all. It even crashes completely sometimes trying to log back in. I haven't seen this problem since the beta, and have no idea why it would do this again. It started earlier today. If anyone has similar issues currently, or has possible solutions please post.

  • Hey For a while I came face to face with this error more times than I can count. And I'm not saying what I did will fix your issue, but if it does then we can rejoice. But anyway, I was paying for a ubee365 modem/router from time warner cable (30 MBPS). And I couldn't figure out why I was constantly getting those caterpillar, hawk, and zebra. So eventually I took one of the spare routers my step father had laying in his house...and I ended up hooking it up to my network and using an ethernet cable to attach my xbox. Since then I haven't had any issues! Hopefully this helps.

  • Hey there! That could be a local issue as easily as it could be an issue geographically. I'd recommend going through the links on the error's page to rule out your setup as the cause, just to cover the bases. http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11873 Hope this helps!
