Petition: make DLC public content
I will not be presenting all the facts in this post, this is not a persuasive or informative writing. It is simply a petition for those in the community who feel cheated, disappointed, and possibly angry with bungie and activision for their premature release of destiny when it is plain to see that this game does not come close to the hype which portrayed it. It is not even a complete game in my eyes. If you are looking for the facts then do some research as I have, do not rely on me to do it for you.
On to business... If you believe that the DLC expansions(at least the first few) should be given to the Destiny community rather than purchased from Activision and Bungie as reparations for releasing a game, which about half of its content was removed due to copyright of the designer who left the project, sign here or forever hold your peace.
By not signing after reading this you are in agreement that you are content with the state of Destiny and do not feel that the game was incomplete in anyway.
Banding together is the only way for our voices to be heard. Closed mouths do not get fed.

I do and I don't, I paid extra for two specific expansion packs when I got suckered into the game. I want them to remain paid for, but I want the community to get some free dlc too. As we ate all getting ripped off, some more than others when you think about it.

Maybe you believe that paying Bungie for the work they have done makes sense. Maybe some of us don't believe that Congress blocking every potential law from coming into being just because they are old and can't agree on anything is healthy for the USA. Stop trying to tell people what they think! You will never get any honest opinions that way.

2 Replies100% signed. I like Destiny but nearly everything about it (apart from the gunplay and kind of MMO elements, this is mainly story and overall quality wise) is a step down compared to Halo. Come on Bungie you've done it great before! Don't let Activision ruin the game for money! Give your new IP the same community and magical feel that Halo had (I won't even go into the Marty business). But don't get me wrong, it's a solid 7/8 out of 10 but give us the awesome Halo/Borderlands/WoW that was promised give us the game that even IGN can't have a gripe with!

For Traveler's sake if they need money so badly reimplemente the obvious micro transactions they were going to have. Look at the ammo synths, then add to the fact games with micro transactions give things like the weapon parts, motes of lights and other things used for in game purchases or upgrades as small bundles for small cash. Do what Rockstar is doing with GTA online! Use that money to give free content but keep things coming we might want to add to the game. Add buffs for pve or things worth a few dollars but we can also get as normal drops. Dont do what others do though and milk the money and make it pay to win! Make it just a way to ease the grind but if users want to farm they can. Stop this bs little content that would have been free on something like GTA online unless the missions are 3 story events spread out over multiple playable missions.

I refuse to give companies my money for half completed, broken products... if mcdonalds gave you a box of half cooked chicken nuggets after you gave them full price for fully cooked ones, do you think they would be in business for very long? Game companies need to stop over hyping their stuff and then selling us half cooked nuggets... if you really think your game is as amazing as you spend all that time making it look, it will sell itself, and very well.... game companies need to realize this... also I think the dlc should be given as part of the game, as it is way too short...

most people have probably purchased it anyway as part of the digital guardian edition apparently they will ban your account permanently as well if you glitch into those DLC areas and pick up one of those new ghost shells, even though you've already purchased the content

You have put in over 150 hours in 8 weeks. Even if all the content was included upon release you still would have played it all by now. I bet you will be buying all the dlc an sequels stop kidding yourself.
