A different take on exotic bounties

Exotic bounties, in my opinion, seem very unnatural. The bounties also involve too much luck to acquire said bounties. This post is just a collection of ideas and thoughts to improve each individual bounty. Voice in the wilderness. While searching for chests on any planet a player has a probability of 1/1500 of acquiring this bounty. If the probability is successful a audio file will play of a whispering voice that guides the player throught the steps of this bounty (a little like the ghost). The voice will not just guide the player through the steps ,but also tell a story of how the gun was made and who its previous master was. the steps of the actual bounty dont have to change. A cutscene could also play at the start of the bounty of a worn out gun that was found in a chest, which then starts whispering to the guardian methods to restore the gun. A Dubious Task. This bounty largely revolves around Ikora Rey and her shotgun which has alot of sentimental value to her. When completing a hard activity (like a raid or a weekly nightfall) their is a chance that the guardian catches Ikora Rey's attention (1/1500 probability). When the bounty starts a message should appear at the post office frame which stats that Ikora has called for you. When the player approachs ikora a cutscene should start. The cutscene involves ikora giving the guardian a task along with a little history about her adventures before she became a vanguard. The cutscene is just there to give the vanguard a little more personality. After each step of the bounty a new cutscene starts which just shows how jellious she is of the guardian and how she wishes she could return to the wild. The final cutscene just shows ikora finally giving up her prized possession and giving it to the guardian. Toland's legacy Completing any strike or mission with a heroic modifier has a chance to start this bounty (1/1500). At the end of mission tolands Journal will be added to ur inventory. Upon further inspection ur ghost reveals that this journal belonged to toland a mad but powerful guardian. Toland used to write in a special language so basicily the jornual is unreadable. Dinklebot then says he knows a cryptarch who studies toland. The cryptarch then sends the guardian on 25 strikes to be able to translate the journal and then ur ghost sends the cryptarch a summary of what you saw. On the final step of the bounty the cryptarch accompanies the guardian to a area in the moon, where toland supposedly hide a weapon of unthinkable power. At the end of the mission the weapon will be present at an altar with 2 ogres guarding it. The cryptach should act as a support AI helping clear the room and having warlock-ish powers. When the room is cleared the cryptarch inspects. The weapon and hands it to the guardian. The guardian is also given a translated version of the journal. This journal can be read by the guardian at anytime and includes notes similar to the grimoire. I'm not undermining any effort made by bungie, I just want to improve a really fun and addicting game. This ideas were inspired by the elderscrolls version of daedric quests which were very rewarding in a similar fashion to the exotic bounties. Please sound of in the comments what do you think and how you would Improve the bounties. Please excuse my grammer and spelling mistakes as english isnt my first languages.
