playstation plus features locked
the playstation plus features are locked. When I try to do the weekly it says I must purchase play station plus to use the feature. My profile on my ps4 shows the yellow/gold playstation symbol indicating I am logged in and my playstation plus membership is valid, atleast assume that's what it means. I have tried restoring the licenses, turning the ps4 off and back on to find that I am no further ahead. I have also tried using the "activate as your primary ps4" option under psn settings as well, with the same result.
This is starting to get a little annoying.

1 ReplyWe're tracking these sorts of issues internally, thanks for coming forward! In the meantime, I'd recommend signing out from the Settings menu in game and going back in from the title screen. Also worth trying may be to sign out of PSN while still logged into your profile through the Home Screen> Settings> PSN> Sign Out Let us know if that works!
