**UPDATE**"THEORY" 6th and 7th chest discussion.

We are attempting to figure out how to make the 6th and 7th chest spawn so far we have tried clearing the entrance without a pretorian entering a sync plate but nothing happened we will be retrying on hard mode tonight to confirm. (5th chest confirmed can get in normal or hard mode by preventing the templar from teleporting) 7th chest has speculation on how to get it whether it is clear the gorgon maze without being seen on hard mode or speed runs etc. We will be attempting all of these tonight on hard mode to test these theories. Any ideas and theories from players would be helpful we want to find these and show everyone else how to as well. Everyone mocked us and called us liars when we said we said there was a 5th chest and BAM! confirmed! • I have a massive theory on the chests, so bare with me, this might be TL;DR So don't read it if you have a weak heart. I'm going to write this as easy as I can but I'm going to rename the sequence of the chests/rewards in the order that they happen just for the sake of the point/theory I'm trying to make. Don't get lost. Ok, so I did a lot of thinking last night and I've found a correlation with all of the current chests we know. I believe we have a chance for two raid rewards in each area. In the Trial of Kabr, there is the first chest that you get for opening the door. The second chest (I'm going to assume it as fact for the sake of my post, even though we don't know for sure.) will spawn if you do the previous task (opening the door) with a special factor (not allowing a Vex sync plate take over). So two chests, one happens no matter what, and the other one require a special task from the previous area. The next area, is the Templar's Well. You get a reward before you fight the Templar. This always happens. You have a chance for ascendants and other loot. Reward chance 1 in the Templar Well happens no matter what. Just like the first chest. The chest that occurs with the special task, is of course the chest that spawns from killing the Templar without allowing him to Teleport. It, like the first (assumed) secret chest, requires a special task before it is to spawn. The Gorgon's Labyrinth has two chests/chances for loot. They always spawn. The chest on the left and the chest on the right. Nothing special required. However the special task for this area, which isn't required to to go to the next area (like not allowing Templar teleportation and not allowing Vex sync plate take over), is killing a Gorgon. You do the special task in this area to spawn the chest/loot reward for the next area, just like the other two. The jumping platform area, has at least one chance for loot that we know is to the left of the spawn, into the cave and drop down and all that, I believe it spawns after killing a Gorgon (which isn't required to keep going, just required for the chest) in the previous area. I've also heard of another chest that spawns in some sort of small cave up on the left side on the walk toward the Atheon room, if it is confirmed it could be the 7th raid chest as well as the second raid reward for the area. And in the actual Vault Of Glass (Atheon's throne room) there are two chances for loot that you get every time no matter what; a reward directly before Atheon (just like the one before the Templar) and one for killing Atheon himself. So there you have it, my theory of two chances for raid loot per area. But just to recap for ease of reading, we have: 1st reward: open the door 2nd reward: prevent sync plate takeover while opening the door 3rd reward: checkpoint directly before Templar 4th reward: prevent Templar from teleporting 5th reward:Gorgon's Labyrinth 6th reward: Gorgon's Labyrinth 7th reward: to the left of the jumping platform spawn 8th reward: possibly awarded for completing the platform puzzle, on the left wall leading to Atheon's door. 9th reward: checkpoint just before Atheon 10th reward: awarded for killing the keeper of time, Atheon. Killing Atheon, who controls time, is why I think the timer is broken. Yes you can explore all you want but the reason time stops is because the time lord has been killed. It can still have 7 raid chests, but I believe there are two rewards per area in the raid.
