Missing Grimoire Card / bug on Dead Ghosts, help?
-There is a Dead Ghost in Bunker Ras-2 which unlocks the Grimoire card [b]Ghost Fragment: Legends 2[/b]. For players this Ghost does not appear (myself included) or after reviving the Ghost will not unlock the Grimoire card itself.

-Doing research i have also noticed another Dead Ghost in Freehold Station having the same problems. (unknown Grimoire Card)

It is unknown if Bungie wanted to remove these Ghost and there is some issue remaining, or if there is a bug preventing certain people (/or everyone) from obtaining these Ghosts. Any information is appreciated.
