Xur question for you guys
So Xur came around again today selling the SUROS Regime. It wasn't first on my list (Red Death was personally what I was hoping for), but it was still pretty nice.
Well actually the Last Word is what I was hoping for, but that's what I'm asking about actually. Is it possible for Xur to sell said beauty? I've heard many people say both sides, so if someone could finally give me a definite answer (preferably with some sort of proof to back it up) that would be great. Thanks.

The last word is ba! I got my from an legendary engram ( yeah I know rng gods!) if he sells it one day I hope everyone can get it it's absolutely awesome .....I'm pve so I don't know how good it would be in pvp (I get killed with whatever I take :(
